A wonderful buying experience for my young son's first Swiss watch - a simple Mondaine. He was treated like the buyer all the way through the transaction, and he enjoyed every moment of the experience they made of his little purchase. This place is first class...thanks for making him feel so special!

Today went to buy a watch. We were confused between 2 colours Red and orange. So we told the male salesperson/owner to show both of them and we would like to try them on and we will definately buy one. Note its not cheap, it costs 129 chf. So we had to be sure which one looks the best. Once we selected and went to the counter to pay the salesperson told another customer who was waiting that colour really matter, mocking us. We overheard it. Still we went ahead and purchased the watch.If u really want to be a good salesperson please remember customer satisfaction should be the top priority. Mocking a customer in front of other customers makes a fool of ur own self.

I had the most pleasant experience shopping for my 1st Swiss watch. Please look for Jeremy, he is superbly patient, understanding, and honest. He explained to me in detailed and compared with the other watches that I was looking at. He was incredibly patient with me as I was contemplating and deciding. Most sales advisor that I've met would have just attended to another customer but he did not. He even helped me on my VAT claim. I highly recommend for you to shop here and look for Jeremy.
