Zürich, Bus Station

Ein Skandal diese Bus Station. Ohne Service, keine Sitzmögkichkeiten ausser in einem offen 20 m2 kleinen Unterstand. Man kann mehr erwarten in einer Stadt wie Zürich.Very poor Bus Station. No services available, no waiting hall. I would expect more for a city like Zürich

This place gets particularly unsafe at night as there is neither any checking nor any security at this place. I had an overnight bus to Genovo from here and found multiple people lurking around this station. (ones who didn't have any bus to take as well)In case you reach early, please wait in the nearby railway station as that is very well lit up and safe.

Beautiful place. There are two private tourist service centers in the premises of the Bus Station. You can enjoy Zurich sightseeing facility. However, the costs starts from 32 € for two hours. Please, keep local currency if possible, otherwise you may face problems while buying things. Most of the sellers do not accept Euro or USD. Some of them accept Paper currency of Euro. Please, be informed, they charge high exchange commission.

Enge. Kein Platz zum Sitzen. Groten Schlechte Infrastruktur. Jeder Busbahnhof in der dritten Welt ist Besser.

Bus station is easy to access and find. Lots of ways to move out of, such as taxi stand, trams and the main train station are all near by.It would help if there was a screen guiding passengers about which bus is when and where it will stand. This morning there was delay of our bus for 30 min and there was no way of telling.Many where confused. If there is information screen, it would help.There is a food shop right next to the station ⛽, however it is all App automated.Since many traveling cannot access with Apps, sadly, people are left out with more confusion.There is no toilet either for a big city bus station with many transits. So if bus is delayed one is stuck to wait in pain or risk going to the main train station and missing the bus.

Nicht mal ein WC an diesem Platz!!Wird von vielen als Übernachtungsplatz genutzt die um 0:00 aus dem Züricher Bahnhof geworfen werden, auch Reisende mit gültiger 1.Klasse Ticket zur Weiterfahrt!!

Es ist eine Katastrophe von Bus Station.Sieht man schon alles am Foto. Mehr brauche ich nicht sagen.Nur echte KATASTROPHE!!!!!Unglaublich für ein Stadt.

if you plan on doing 1day switzerland trip yourself , buying swisspass atleast 1 day to 1 week ahead enables you to travel unlimited in 24 hours from 12 am day of pass to 5am next day anywhere to anywhere from zurich to zermatt/grindelwald/montreaux include train/bus/tram/ferry and return before 5am next day and it cost me 112 CHF..better than getyourguide or viator trips ..which cost 99 chf/euro per day per trip.. if you are doing 1 day zurich trip keep in mind that the 24H ticket sold in ticket machines enables us to travel by tram /bus/train only in ZONE 110 ..there are 6-7 zones in zurich and each zone requires a separate unlimited 24h ticket..i am comparing the 24 H ticket with day/week pass available in paris for 8/30 euro or amsterdam costs 9euro which work without any restriction in whole city..this city zurich requires us to buy 9 O clock pass which costs 27CHF approx which we can use for unlimited travel for 24Hour public transport in whole city .to add confusion they sell 24H ticket as of it were valid across zurich city ..while which tourist will be smart to search google and know that city planners have divided city into 6 zones with names 110,150,154,155 as if some code language is the official policy of the city and they expect us to search google to know whole story of public transport in the city or be fooled into buying 24 H ticket sold widely in ticket machine .if we buy 24H ticket then we can travel only within zone 110..one more part..anyone plans to stay needs to book hotel which starts at 3pm and ends at 12pm in morning..you cant enter before 2pm and cant stay beyond 12pm on any day with 1 booking of any hotel..any stay before 2pm or after 12pm in hotel needs a full day booking...

Für Zürich eigentlich unwürdig. Die Bustoiletten werden hier mitten auf den Platz unter einem Gulli entlernt und es gibt sehr wenige Überdachte Sitzplätze. Zumindest gibt es nun Toiletten. Leider kein Wifi und keine Anzeigetafeln. Gut das der HB um die Ecke ist.

A bus station that you would not expect from Zurich. Happily Zurich is a very safe city otherwise it would be a scary wait for your bus. It’s very sketchy, very old, its literally a block of iron and plastic.
