Swissport Horizon Lounge
The worst lounge I’ve ever visited… At 6:25am super dirty (it was empty, meaning nobody cleaned the night before), two choices of meat, one choice of cheese and nothing hot to eat! On the sweet side, 3 choices (croissant, pain au chocolat, escargot raisin). This with some yogurts was all you could eat. Embarrassing for the price!

Swissport Horizon Lounge
We were greeted by a gentleman at the front desk who asked us to wait for a few minutes and he would “try” to get us into the lounge as a party of 4 adults and 2 children. We all have Priority Pass, Dragon Pass & Lounge Key. The rudest representative then came out like a bull in a china shop who overruled him and completely undermined him. We were pretty much escorted outside instantly (the representative’s name was Celine Boudit). There was absolutely no need for this level of absolute rudeness. This could have been communicated in a much better way. This was the worst airport experience we have ever had at any airport lounge. Not being able to get entry is one thing but this member of staff’s attitude was unacceptable. Retraining is needed.

Service from staff is friendly and professional, however, food choice is very limited and simple. They don't even allow you to refill water bottles in the lounge, very stingy on such simple offering.

Swissport Horizon Lounge
Wanted to compare lounges in GVA this time. Very quiet, small and simple lounge. Nothing exciting but I like how few people are there instead of some bigger fancier lounges full of people. No restroom but there’s one outside steps away. Got vege pasta and alcohol is all self serve, ie no waiting! This is as straightforward as an airport lounge comes. Mahaba lounge nearby is nicer.

Tough to rate:- food: some packaged emmental, ham and nuts.- service: minimum. We received a hello, not much more.- atmosphere: it's as big as a closet and as cracking fullSo, if possible, find another spot (but from experience, do not go to KLM-Airfrance - you might be 'welcomed' by a screaming lady)

We arrived at 4pm. The available food was only 2 cheeses and some ham. Few peanuts. At 5 pm some hot food came: pasta with 2 sauces, white and tomato one. I took the latter and it was just some tomato sauce taken from a can and not even cooked!The worst food I had in my life in a lounge!

Swissport Horizon Lounge
Terrible food, full of kids running around, coughing sneezing people, worse than a bus terminal cafe, hardly any place to sit. There is no other option in this airport, I still prefer this over KLM Airfrance lounge where there is a screaming woman at the entrance who decides whom to accept or not based on looks.

Worst lounge I’ve ever seen - small, full of people, you have to wait in line to get in and what you get inside is cheap wine and bread with cheese. Warm food options - soup or pasta with tomato sauce. Not worth any money nor the wait to get in (better get a mean in any of the restaurant in the airport)…

Swissport Horizon Lounge
Offensive officious, condescending ‘policing’ inside (for not taking my bags - safety positioned at my table immediate adjacent to the buffet, and of course airside so by definition all security checked - with me around narrow food section I was threatened with calling ‘the police’ ) to add to the already dire food offering here. You couldn’t make it up. The front desk staff are lovely at least. Just … don’t go in!
