Das beste und sympatischste hier im Studentenwohnheim ist das Putzpersonal, (vor allem im Gebäude 9 ) welche eine hervorragende Arbeit machen, hilfsbereit sind und die Studierenden von ganzem Herzen unterstützen !!!

Lo sconsiglio vivamente. Ho soggiornato presso questo alloggio per circa 10 mesi e non vale quanto costa. Le camere vengono pulite 1 volta al mese con il conseguente ricambio della biancheria del letto quindi potete immaginare la polvere e lo sporco soprattutto nei servizi igienici. Il riscaldamento è inesistente. Nonostante avessi girato la manopola al massimo il calorifero rimaneva più che tiepido rendendo le notti invernali insopportabili persino con il piumino. Per quanto riguarda la colazione ho notato che neanche le basilari norme igieniche venivano soddisfatte, infatti il personale stesso prendeva il pane a mani nude senza neanche usare le pinzette, pane che tra l'altro era in parte vecchio da giorni in quanto duro e mal conservato. I luoghi comuni dello stabile erano per la maggior parte sporchi per non parlare della cucina comune che era sempre inutilizzabile in quanto disgustosamente sporca. Le poche lettere attese non sono mai state ricevute per via della mal distribuzione della segretaria, comprovata dal fatto che ho trovato nella mia posta lettere di altri. E se questo ancora non vi persuade dal non sceglierlo vi consiglio di informarvi bene per il lestino prezzi in quanto poco chiaro e fuorviante. In conclusione ci sarebbero altri fattori negativi ma non voglio stare qui ad elencarli tutti con la speranza di poter dimenticare in fretta questa esperienza orribile.

I was here for two weeks with gmu doing a study abroad and it was a very clean, compact and comfortable rooms. The closet is spacious, and the refrigerator even has a little freezer area. Overall I found it very comfortable.

Like you saw in the previous comment, i can testify it was horrible. Rents are low and it is made to scam you.I was in the building 7.The responsible was disrespectful and unfair.He shout on you (until he almost hit you).The direction : like in a dictatorship, you cannot live peacefully without their sayings and the most important : THEY COME INTO YOUR ROOM whenever they WANT. No Privacy so...They scare you to kick you out if you do not obey THEIR Rules (for example PUT THE MASK IN SHOWERS) and so the Responsible can report whatever he wants if he don't like you.Bugs everywhere in KITCHEN and ROOMS , DAY AND NIGHT.Mood is weird with a few students and a lot of workers (only MEN) from 30 to 40 years old in a Student house" they said...Find another student house if you want to have a good moment in Fribourg.It is the same in the building 9 apart the rent EXPENSIVE for just a little bit of more space."

Came her for a 21 day GMU study abroad and my back hurts. The dorms have zero AC, not a problem necessarily but since we're experiencing a changing climate and heat waves, please invest.The bathrooms were small yet functional, and the refrigerators were a bit or miss. I was in building 9 so it was bit nicer than building 7. The beds were the problem. The cots were abysmal. My back is in disarray and I don't know what to do anymore about it. Might as well die.The other bed was fancy and plush but I guess they didn't want to buy two for a room...The laundry is stupid too because it shuts off at 1030 and if you have a spin cycle going on it'll just stop and lock, leaving your wet cold clothes just sitting there. And the dryer doesn't work well at all.The basement is cool with ping pong and a workout room.Wouldn't recommend it, but it's fun to live like nun/priest for a minute.

I stayed in building 7 during the autumn term of 2021. People at reception were nice and helpful and I didn't notice any bugs, so I'm surprised to read all the comments here. Showers are cleaned daily, the kitchen twice a week, rooms every three weeks or so, but you have vacuum cleaners and mops available if you need them in the meantime. Kitchen appliances are new and in order, you have bedding and kitchen utensils provided. The only thing I didn't really like was having a fridge in my room, but I see the logic of that. Overall, it's a good place to stay for a while and I'd certainly recommend it

Do 4 stelle perché ho visitato solo una parte ,ma organizzazione e pulizia fin nei particolari più nascosti ovunque, si respira aria di cultura

Good residential for students and working professionals. And it is far from the station area.
