Ich finde das Hotel super. Schön zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr guter Kaffee beim Frühstück. Relativ einfach, aber dafür auch preislich total okay für Zürich. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und gut geschlafen.

I spent 3 nights at the hotel and I have only good experiences. Good and flexible service, basic but comfortable room and bed. And despite that the breakfast buffet is not as lavish as at the big hotels it offers all you need to start your day with. There were some small negative things I can mention, such as the receptionists could say hello/good by when the guests come in/out or that the room was not cleaned god enough while we were there, but I still do not want to remove a star because all in all everything went very smoothly.

Lovely hotel with cozy room. The single room is perfect for one person but might be a squeeze for two. Walking distance to Zurich HB and a few steps away from ETH Zurich polybahn. Great location! Might be a bit noisy at night if you are facing the pub, but still tolerable. They provide earplugs, fan, toiletries. Breakfast is vegan. Highly recommend!

Unser Aufenthalt war gut. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Frühstück solide, guter Kaffee und Kakao, alles da, was man zu Hause auch essen würde. Die Fensterisolierung war sehr gut. Ansonsten wäre es aufgrund der Lage zur Hauptstraße auch sehr laut geworden. Sehr kulantes Management: wir hatten eigentlich 3 Nächte gebucht, aber aufgrund eines Streiks in Deutschland mussten wir einen Tag eher abreisen. Wir mussten dann auch nur 2 Nächte bezahlen. Können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

The hotel location is A+. Access to public transportation including direct tram to airport is a huge plus for us. The room was small but the space was efficiently organized. On top of it the price that I got was a no brainier. The hotel doesn't have AC and I was worried about it. However, the fan was more than sufficient as the temperature in Zurich drops significantly at night.

Hotel rooms and common areas are very clean. The triple room was large enough. Breakfast variety is not much, but it is possible to find something appealing to everyone and it was of good quality. The tea and coffee area at the entrance was quite nice to relax after a long journey. In addition, if you arrive in the city before the check-in time or if you want to hang around the city after the check-out time, you can leave your luggage at the hotel. This is a great convenience as the hotel is very close to the main train station.The only negative about the hotel is that the rooms have fans, not air conditioners, which can cause problems in hot weathers. but in general, it was a hotel that I would stay again and recommend.

Great location from the Zurich HB (train station), took us 10 minutes walking. The rooms are clean, basic and functional, given that it's a budget hotel. Breakfast was regular. The front office staff were great and very helpful. .Nothing, It's a no frill basic budget hotel. We got exactly what we expected.

This hotel deserves to be rated three stars not two. It's pretty, modern, with clean lines, plenty of natural light, a comfortable and spacious lobby and a big breakfast room. They offer a very good complementary breakfast; plus coffee/tea during the day, and even a small ice cream! The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The hotel has an elevator. The bathroom was clean and modern. Its location is fantastic, a few minutes walk from the train station Zürich HB, and only one block from Niederdorfstrasse, a lively street full of restaurants and stores, that is lovely to walk by any time of the day.We stayed only one day, but we liked the hotel very much. We'd book again, only not in the summer, as the only minus for this hotel is that it does not have air conditioning.

Great locationWe can walk from the hotel to tourist attractions.Many restaurants and bars around the hotel.Room was clean.Bed was comfortable.There is a small fan available in a room.Shower was nice.Not much space in a room but it's enough to stay one night.Breakfast was so so.Not many options but it's okay.Staffs were nice.There was a vending machine besides the reception.As well as a luggage storage which you can deposit it before your check in time and after your check out time.

Das Hotel liegt zwar in Bahnhofsnähe aber sonst sehr ungünstig zwischen dem Seilergraben und der Zähringerstr. Der Seilergraben ist stark befahren und wird von 2 Straßenbahnlinien bedient, die Zähringerstr. ist eine „Kneipengasse“, in der die Leute zuhauf vor den Lokalen sitzen und sehr laut sind. Das Hotel verfügt über keine Klimaanlage und als ich am 16.08.2023 dort übernachtete erhielt ich ein Zimmer mit Fenster zum Seilergraben. Die Zimmertemperatur betrug 27°C, bei geöffnetem Fenster war der Straßenlärm unerträglich. Er war auch noch bei geschlossenem Fenster deutlich zu hören. Die auf dem Sideboard liegenden Ohrstöpsel konnte ich nicht benutzen, da ich das nict vertrage!Da die Rezeption abends nicht besetzt ist, muss man sich den Zimmerschlüssel per Code aus einem der beiden Automaten holen. Über den Automaten ist eine Lampe angebracht, die bei Dunkelheit derart blendet, dass man die Tastatur mit den Zahlen und das Display nur schlecht erkennen kann.Mit Klimaanlage oder im Winter wäre das Hotel sicherlich brauchbar.
