The service here was the worst that I have ever had. It took a very long time for us to be served and they were extremely inattentive and uninterested. It was extremely quiet in there and there were lots of staff but none of them serving and paying attention to guests. They got lots of our orders wrong and did not bring my dish. When I reminded them that they had not brought my food they went to the kitchen and never came back and I never received my food. There was no apology or explanation. When we came to pay the bill the dish was on there and still no apology for my lack of a meal. We would never eat here again. The food that did arrive was nice enough but the service really ruined the experience.

Bon service rapide, courtois.Plats goûteux et généreusement servis, mais hélas pas de chauffe-plats pour les tenir au chaud. Bien regrettable. Il manque de la décoration sur les tables qui parfois sont tachées qu'il faudrait les recouvir. Belle terrasse avec vue panoramique grandiose.

J’ai beaucoup aimé ce lieu lors de ma visite, la salle de restaurant est très jolie, la vue est imprenable et le personnel y est super agréable !

The waiter got half our order wrong, the portions are small and expensive even for Swiss standards and the taste is far from authentic. I have had better food at a street stall in Shanghai.I would highly recommend to go somewhere else

VIU酒店自带的餐厅，环境一流，用餐视野风景绝佳，现代中式装修，布置的中国山水画都是出自名家手笔，餐具和桌椅非常考究，能在瑞士这样的地方，有这么中国特色装修的餐厅，极其少见，5分。中式菜式，水煮牛肉4.2分，清炒空心菜（没有断生）3.5分，辣子鸡3.8分，鱼香茄子（偏酸，而且那个罐头笋的味道一言难尽）3分；服务中规中矩，可以给4分。提点小意见：我们预订了5人，但给外国人安排的是大圆桌（4人），给我们中国人安排的是方桌（5人），如果能反过来就更好；另外我们用餐结束，打包了一个馄饨汤，为此我们在桌子那里等了快20分钟，那个时候其实已经没有多少客人了，直到我们询问，才知道打包的东西可能很早就做好了，直接放在吧台了，并没有送到我们桌上

Great chinese cuisine. Not all dishes impressed me, but I really loved the aubergine minced pork. The sweet and sour chicken is also great.I was impressed they had black sugar bubble tea in such a remote area. Bubbles were not perfectly cooked but the taste of the tea was as expected.

I honestly believe Horizon should apologise to People’s Republic of China for the terrible food they serve here and the shame they put on the nation.This place is overpriced and the quality is terrible, thankfully the portions are small so that you are put out of your suffering quickly.

Nous avons commandé la fondue chinoise pour eux. Elle est complètement modulable à votre choix. Nus n'avons pas été déçus. Le caquelon" est partagé en deux bouillons l'un plus laiteux pour les légumes et champignons et l'autre plus standard pour la viande. Il faut choisir le bouillon épicé Sichouan

Tenter de réserver par téléphone, nous demander si on est clients de l'hôtel, non, nous demander si c'est pour la fondue, non plus, nous redemander si on est clients de l'hôtel, toujours pas, nous demander à quelle heure on aimerait venir, et finalement, quand on précise que c'est avec le passeport gourmand, nous répondre que c'est complet. C'est une honte ! Au moins on sait qu'on ne foutra jamais les pieds chez vous chers restaurateurs, ou hôteliers, c'est selon.
