I was treated by a nice Dr. (dont remember her name) so on that end all good. This clinique has a very strict/weird rules about whom they accept or not depending on insurance. basically if you have Lamal they wont treat you.The lady at reception told me I had to pay after my consultation and that it would be 135 chf. I said that was ok. After seeing the Dr. (burning a thingy in my finger, quite a simple procedure) I come out and the bill is 200 chf instead. Why not telling beforehand that the price will depend on what they do to you? That will help deciding if you want to get treated or not.The second thing was that the receptionist told me they didn't have contactless for the payment. I only had my phone with Google pay as most places accept this and I didnt have enough cash with me. I managed to convince her to allow me to go home and get the physical card (she said only cash or physical card). Guess what-machine did accept contactless so I went back and forth for no reason. I would expect from her job to be able to know these simple things. She sort of blamed me for not having my card with me and offered no apology whatsoever...Not big deal I suppose since the medical part was fine but for such prices things like this shouldnt happen...

Does not use Tarmed tarif for internationally insured patients, resulting in significant higher bill than for swiss patients.Be careful, your health insurance might refuse to reimburse your bill. The doctor refuses to chance his way of billing. They also bill in blocks of 10 minutes even if the doctor was there for less than 4 minutes.I wont go back thereRegarding results: ok

I was treated by Dr. Licu and was unfortunately very disappointed with her attitude. Not recommended if you have similar problems as described below and looking for a dermatologist who will treat you holistically. I came to see Dr. Licu with adult acne that popped up suddenly, after 2 years having a clear skin (previously on Accutane). The doctor looked at my skin for 2 seconds from across the table, did not examine my skin at all, provided a brief explanation on why I have to go back on Accutane, which I said I would like to avoid and asked if there's an alternative treatment. She did not offer any additional blood test to find out the cause - hormonal imbalance, food intolerances, or provide topical treatment. The only suggested treatment was Accutane or antibiotics. Anyone suffering from adult acne knows how frustrating it can be and what you really need is someone that listens and doesn't try to educate you on outdated dermatology practices to treat acne (I'm not a medical practitioner but I've spent hours researching medical journals/alternative medicine solutions for treatment of adult acne). Because what happens when I stop taking Accutane in let's say 2 years? If you only treat symptoms and not the root of the problem, acne certainly comes back as it did now. If the doctor finds out that my overproduction of sebum is not linked to any of the above mentioned causes, fine, we can do the treatment with Accutane. But why assuming it's not linked to hormonal imbalance, food allergies, lifestyle without even checking the blood or asking the patient? So, this doctor's way of treating acne is not what I'm looking for.

The visit to the doctor lasted literally 3 minutes (basically the doctor said “no need to worry”) and I received an invoice for chf 104 a week after. When I called the reception, they said their system can only invoice minimum 15 minutes (3 times 5 minutes, which surprised me) and even if I spent less time there, they can’t change it, hence I have to pay for the service which was not provided (I actually decided to call because my friend went to the same doctor after me and did a full body birthmarks control and received the same invoice). When I asked more questions on the invoice (to check the items like “doctor explained how to treat myself after the visit”, which in my view did not apply to my case), an assistant was extremely rude to me saying among others that “when you go to Migros, it is not for free” which was quite shocking.I’ve never encountered the level of “reception” like this and was told many nasty things whilst defending my position that I have the right to ask question. She actually told me that if I want I can send a letter, but they will not change anything on the invoice and that she spent too much of her time explaining to me already, so “she doesn’t wish to talk anymore”.In short, what a despicable experience. Very disappointing from an establishment like this.

I have been a patient of Dr Nikolic since 2017 and I have to say he is the best. I have been suffering from severe eczema since I was a kid and he is the first one to actually find a solution. He did not give up whenever a treatment fails and continue to find something else until Dupixent was approved in Switzerland which is what worked for me. Dr Nikolic is also very responsive and helpful online and in person. I also give thumbs up to the staff of the clinic. They are very professional and respectful. They are also responsive and helpful whenever I call them or send them emails. I only have good words for Dr Nikolic and the staff.

One Super rude receptionist! Each time I go, she has been rude with me, even though she can speak English, she will only do it in French and very impatient with little question u have! Very rude! I wish the owner of the clinc can see this!

Botched job, follow up was negligent leading to months of distress.I eventually took my family member to see a new dr and his team in another centre who were saddened by such a lack of medical care and respect towards a patient. As for this page, comments section and customer service replies, big red flag. Run.

Saw doctor Hauser Conrad and it was a huge disappointment. He didn’t désinfect his hands when we arrived, neither after consultation. He didn’t listen at all what I had to say re the skin condition, neither he took a good look at the area. Everything was extremely quick and huge lack of details and explanations. Disappointing

I took an appointment with Dr Nicolic and waited for 2 months for this appointment. On the day of the appointment I arrived at 17:18 to the reception and was informed that the doctor has already left as the appointment time was at 17:10. So I asked the reception why didn't they call me to say that the doctor was leaving to which the response was:Why would we call you? What could you have done?". For starters I could have run faster to make it earlier (even though I suspect he left even before my appointment time) . Or I would not have bothered to come all the way there. I just find this disrespectful. When you sit in the clinique waiting for as long as necessary for a doctor to receive you because they are late this is normal. But when you are a few minutes late (literally !) they leave and don't even bother telling you. I hope that Dr Nicolic enjoyed the supplementary few minutes to his weekend. A message to the reception: you do need to call people if they have an appointment and the doctor is leaving. It is not your judgement call whether to inform them or not. What they will do is their business.Overall
