Underwhelming experience. Terrible customer service.If you are looking for premium customer service from a sales agent that is named after a premium german car manufacturer, look elsewhere.No consultation, just answer questions in a rude way and doesn’t seem to be interested understanding the customers needs. No options are provided, no explanations. Just throw the paper on the table and write down the amount one should be paying. Get it over with, next! You are lucky you get to talk to me. That’s how a customer feels in there.I still don’t understand why such people get installed front line in Switzerland. If you have a huge attitude, don’t like to smile and help people, maybe this is not the job for you.Honestly, in 2023 there’s so many alternatives. I Won’t return. Stores in downtown provide better customer experience.

WECHSELT PROVIDER! Dieser Saftladen hat nicht mal den Versand der Rechnungen im Griff, verkauft die offenen Rechnungen an Intrum und weigert sich Auskunft zu geben oder zu helfen. Kundenfreundkichkeit = 0. Macht euch einen gefallen, wechselt den Anbieter.

Very good service. I only speak English and I had specific needs to my subscriptions. The girl there helped me all the way trying to get me all the nicest solutions and explained me everything perfectly well.All with a smile on her face and it was her birthday!

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this time I can't avoid it. I signed my first mobile contract at the beginning of November. The sim didn't work, so I went back to the store and they tried to change it. However, since they tried to change it before 24h, the system refused the sim change and blocked it. After more than an hour at the store, they decided to cancel the contract and start a new one. You can already see where this is going: they didn't really cancel the first contract and now I have two contracts I have to pay. Since I am in Italy now, I called Salt and they told me that they can't do anything and I have to go back to the store, that I can't do since I am not in Switzerland anymore. What am I supposed to do now?

Freundlicher Service von Kai. Vertragsabschluss innerhalb von ca 10 Minuten erledigt. Sim-Karte funktionierte auch sofort.

Sehr freundlich und kompetent. Angenehme Bedienung. Würde mich immer wieder im Oerlikon Shop beraten lassen. All meine Anliegen wurden zu meiner Zufriedenheit erledigt. Hatte ein Gutes Gefühl, als ich den Shop verliess. Danke
