I had a wonderful experience with Zuericlean - the communication with Intizar was very straightforward and he responded to all of my questions about the cleaning services (bonus that all communication was in English). I used this company for the move-out cleaning (with handover guarantee) and I was not disappointed - they did a great job with the cleaning, Antonio was there for the handover, and the apartment was handed over with no problems. Overall a very positive experience with this company, I would definitely recommend their services to everyone!

Really great service. They scheduled our handover clean in a really busy period in August, and when we unexpectedly had to reschedule for 2 days earlier, they were able to accommodate us.The cleaning team were nice and super professional.Great value for money, would recommend!

Mr. Intizar Ahmed and his team from Zuriclean were thorough professionals in how they handled our moving-out cleaning. Their service - starting from inspection for cleaning, quote, days leading to the cleaning, and the cleaning/handover itself - was perfect. I strongly recommend them.

They came to see my apartment first, which impressed me. Gave a quote based on this viewing. The cleaning passed the inspection. Very good value compared to other companies and certainly more responsive when communicating.

Lifted the toiled lid and underneath it was not clean, still spots of the bowlThe carpets were clearly not lifted when vacuuming happened, so it didn’t look like any vacuum took placeThere were dust balls still in the floor plug when I lifted the cap.Poor service and really poor quality! Not recommended!!

Kommunikation war gut, Qualität leider schlecht.Wir haben uns sogar entschieden, selbst nachzuputzen, da wir das vertrauen nicht hatten, dass das Nachputzen durch die Firma geholfen hätte.Die Putzkräfte haben auch beim Putzen den Küchenabzug kaputt gemacht. Das kann passieren, aber sie haben es abgestritten und wollten sich zunächst nicht an der Reparatur beteiligen. Nicht OK!

This was one of the best cleaning services in Zurich. Intizar stepped in for an appointment at the last minute for my house handover and they did such a thorough job. The cleaning was done perfectly with no complaints from the agent and they did detailed work. Fridge, cupboards, floors everything was so well done! Thanks for the excellent service and being so responsive on text throughout.
