Ticino & Vicino

I have spent there lovely weekend. View from apartment is amazing. Apartment itself is huge and well equipped. Owner is very friendly and very helpful. I can recommend this place for everyone.

During our trip to Switzerland in September, we spent a few days in Ticino canton. Our friends recommended us Ticino&Vicino as a place to stay. It was a great recommendation. The apartment is very well communicated: nearby there is a train station, a bus stop and the pier where are boats departing to Locarno/Ascona.The owner (Anna) is a very helpful, communicative person with huge knowledge about the area and interesting things to do/to see.The apartment is beautiful, clean and has a balcony with a delightful view of the Lake. After the day, you can relax in the evening by observing sunset with a glass of wine in hand:)We highly recommend Ticino&Vicino.

Very lovely and cozy place! Perfect for girls trip with your besties!The apartment is just beautiful, with a lot of space to enjoy your time there and magic views (first line to the lake).The hotel host is a very lovely lady, ready to assist you in your adventure in Ticino. If you need any ideas, she has already a plan what and where to do.My top list:- Shaka Beach drink and swing in the lake- Sushi Restaurant in the Italian part (15 min by bus) Very delicious in good price!- Locarno with the ship- Morning coffe with Ania (our host:)- Stand up paddle in the lake.Taka recenzja jest ok? An absolutely wonderful place. A beautiful, historical building, with a fabulous view on Lago Maggiore, and with a charming garden. Close to Monte Gambarogno, one step away from the Lago Maggiore, two steps away from the Italian border. If you are looking for a great place to stay while in Ticino, this is your place. Plus an absolutely fantastic host ❤

Wonderful location, with a stunning view over the lake and two steps away from the ferry to Lugano. Quiet, peaceful, flat well equipped and pleasantly cool in summer, and with a most wonderful host, who is passionate and very knowledgeable about Ticino. Dog friendly too. We had a great time and will be back soon!

We had an absolutely fantastic couple of days thanks to Ticino & Vicino, Ania, you are fabulous!Thank you for making our stay so special, with all your support and guidance related to places that should be visited, activities and food that should not be missed while being in Ticino.Also you have created a wonderful place to stay!The apartment is very spacious and it has dedicated parts to eat at the big table, relaxt on the sofa, cosy space to read with the garden view. It is super clean, equipped with anything you can think of, especially if you like to prepare your own food (like I do). The view from the balcony is just straight at the lake, and it's fantastic!In the near surroundings there are plenty of places where you can have something to eat, go for a walk, take a small boat to Locarno, or just simply sit by the lake and gaze at the breathtaking views.Thank you for everything! :*

Very nice location, super host and a magical place to visit. It takes only 20 minutes by boat to get to Locarno. I’d love to have more time to stay longer, next time I’ll make sure I book a week there to be able to visit Ticino & Vicino and to explore more around Magadino and Locarno!
