Was there last night (Saturday night) - felt like we were in a Dubai nightclub.. the bars were very short-staffed so we queued for a long time for drinks. The music was dreadful - the DJ just never got the place going - nobody was dancing even despite our requests for the DJ to modify his list to bring more energy.. felt more like an Ibiza chill lounge at 3pm on a Sunday, than midnight on a Geneva Saturday night!!

Horrible experience. We ordered some drinks and later we swap to a bigger table because some friends arrived and the waiter change us. After that, my friend received a call and a text from a girl who works here saying thanks for leave and not pay".I think this kind of behaviour is the wrong way. We wont back anymore and we come every sunday."

Well, I'm disappointed to have to write this review! I booked a table at Les Voiles on Saturday 12th August to celebrate some good news and have a good time, but unfortunately we were treated in such a despicable manner by the hostess Maeva that we preferred to continue our evening elsewhere and not to follow up our table! Arrogant and unhelpful, we asked no questions and were given no consideration! We felt like thieves at the market! A bottle of champagne is not worth being mistreated for!

It was the worst experience ever. We went on Sunday for brunch with 12 friends at 1:00 pm. It was already a hustle to order some drinks as no waiter was coming to the table. The waiter came and said that they were out of stock and they had only few options left. We were already bummed but we order drinks and food, we waited until 2:40 pm and our food hadn’t arrived. We asked the waiter and they said that they were out of stock so they had to go to buy the groceries and they don’t know when our food was gonna be ready. We decided to leave after being there for almost 2 hours with the worst service and experience. Please don’t go there !!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The place layout and atmosphere is now completely changed and ruined by cocky, inexperienced and incompetent staff and waiters.We were a big group (booked in advance), and we asked to be moved inside to the couches area because of wind/bad weather, and they denied by saying the place was fully booked - while in reality the place was basically empty on a Monday evening...they were just lazy to move chairs/tables!Then the waiter mistakenly brought 2 magnum bottles that costed 3 times more than the ones we ordered, and also confused a mojito with an amaretto...when we asked to speak to the manager, he was rude, arrogant and left without even trying to accommodate the situation, as if it was our fault of the incompetency of his staff. The WORST SERVICE ever experience in 10 years of living in Geneva! They take for granted the nice location by the lake and they just abuse of your patience and wallet...NEVER AGAIN!

Had a lovely time, good ambiance, good food, delicious cocktails and most of all good music! It has all four. The best spot in my view. Will go back definitely.
