J'ai eu l'occasion d'aller faire farter mes skis dans ce magasin de sport d'hiver avant le début de la saison mi-janvier. Mon équipement a été bien préparé par le personnel. Je n'ai rien à redire à ce sujet.Je déplore en revanche l'accueil particulièrement déplorable qui m'a été réservé sur place : un bonjour à l'arraché, une impression de déranger, ton désagréable. J'ai également trouvé complètement inadéquat d'assister aux remontrances du responsable sur son personnel devant les clients.En quelques mots, le magasin est parfaitement placé par rapport aux remontées mécaniques de la Barboleuse ce qui lui donne un avantage de choix et ne l'oblige à aucun effort en matière de service à la clientèle.

Le matériel est excellent j’ai déjà loué deux fois et je relouerai une troisième fois sans hésiter. Personnel très agréable, gentil et serviable. De très bons conseils aussi sur quoi choisir, ou aller. Merci beaucoup

Great place to rent your snowsport equipment! Have been coming here for about 18 years for ski and snowboard equipment and service. The staff were super friendly, and if they didn't have something they can order it for you! They're really helpful and they have a wide range of skis and other equipment.

Cynthia is the best! She is friendly, knows her stuff inside and out, and is willing to answer any questions you have (for a beginner like me, it was many). Not to mention, she went above and beyond to help my husband find new shoes after his bag was unfortunately taken on the mountain. She coordinated with another shop in town and managed to get him a few size and color options. You will be in good hands (and a good heart) with Cynthia.
