You go there and the ski service boy makes you feel you’re an annoyance - repeatedly. it’s sad to see that even in crisis - some « sales people » don’t understand that’s their attitude is destroying their own industry...

We rented snowshoes for a day and asked about the walk to the cave in the glacier de Zinal. The two guys working at Intersport told us that they cannot tell us anything about hiking or snowshoeing in zinal. We asked if they are locals which they confirmed but still they would not give us even basic direction which way to go. Really unfriendly people, ready to take your money but no help or advice whatsover. They told us to ask at the tourist information which we did without getting any useful information. In the end we went to the glacier and realized that it was an easy walk which a hundred others did at the same day. This is the most popular walk in Zinal and there was absolutely no reason to refuse giving any directions or advice about the walk after renting the snowshoes to us. My advice is to go to the other ski rental in Zinal which is called Skiset: Intersport does not like tourists treats them accordingly.

Mountainbikes zijn zwaar , niet in orde. Ze kennen er niets van ze kunnen nog geen stuur rechtzetten of pedalen demonteren, laat staan onderhoud. Schijfremmen sleepten en waren op -> zeer gevaarlijk. Bijkomende verzekering van 5 CHF boven de 40 CHF voor 1 dag, maar geen telnr voor assistance . Bijna vergeten voor een helm ook nog eens 7chf, maar ik had mijn eigen mee, gelukkig! Advies vermijd de winkel en breng je eigen fiets mee! Reactie van de uitbaatster. Wij zijn Mallorca niet mensen die hier een fiets huren kennen niets van fietsen, dus waarom zouden we duurder inkopen of onze prijs verlagen.

Location d'une paire de bâtons pour 1 jour et demi pour CHF 17.- prix des bâtons à l'achat CHF 32.-. C'est vraiment malhonnête et se moquer du client! Ça donne pas envie de louer le matériel la-bas. J'hésitais pour la saison prochaine à louer chez eux, maintenant, c'est clair que je n'ai plus d'hesitation!
