Air France KLM lounge
Je souhaite rehausser la note de ce salon car il mérite beaucoup plus que 2,5/5 !J’y suis au moment où je rédige cet avis et franchement tout est nickel. Il est 18:34, les boissons sont fraiches, les fruits frais, le buffet bien garni.Il température est très correcte, pas froid pas chaud. Le silence est respecté et le personnel très aimable. Quand a l’emplacement, il se trouve bien évidemment à proximité des portes du secteur français. Beaucoup de prises et ports usb sont à disposition. Enfin, l’ameublement et la décoration sont modernes et propres.

Sehr gemütliche und eher kleine Lounge mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Freundliches Personal und alles was man braucht hier. Sehr zu empfehlen!

If there is a zero rating option, I would give that. A horrendous woman (I guess the one everyone mentions in the reviews and I still wonder why this woman is kept by management working there), not even waiting at the door, doing her job and chatting at the back with her colleagues, noticed us sitting and came towards us to ask what we were doing there with the most impolite attitude. Although we had the proper access cards, she refused to accept us and even turned her back with extreme rudeness and refused to talk further, which I would not associate with KLM and Airfrance names. Especially being Dutch myself, it is a shame to have this woman working in that lounge for KLM. These kinds of people shouldn't work in the hospitality sector. I will never go to this lounge and don't recommend it to anyone either.

Tiny lounge with very limited seating space. Also food and beverage options are limited, if not even poor. It’s located something hidden and I had to look a little bit to get there, as I visited this lounge for the first time. Only the staff was friendly.

Besser als die überfüllte WartehalleAnsonsten voll, nicht wirklich sauber. Keine Gläser zu Wein und Spirituosen (Angestellte spült mir freundlich ein (1) Glas). Gin ohne Tonic. Ein Grund, AIr France/KLM zu meiden.Wegen Umbau übrigens auch kein Zutritt für Priority Pass-Besitzer.

Großes Lob an AirFrance. Im Gegensatz zur Swiss Lounge hatte Air France offen und es gab sogar Speisen und Getränke. Personal war sehr freundlich.Well Done. Bestes Lounge Erlebnis in D und CH seit Beginn der Krise.

Le lounge est tres récent et au dernier standard des lounge Air France mais peut être un peu petit face au flux important de passagers éligibles.L’ensemble des sièges sont équipés de prises et ports USB avec différents types d’assises: canapés, fauteuils, tables hautes…Le personnel d’accueil et chaleureux et s’assure que le buffet est constamment assorti. On y retrouve des sandwich, salades, charcuterie, fromage, pain et desserts. 4 choix de vin sont proposés (à blanc et 3 rouge) de bonne qualité ainsi que des sodas et jus.Deux espaces privés sont proposés pour les passagers La Première et les Ultimate/VIP.En somme, un lounge tout équipé au standard du moment.

Курица на входе просто не впустила. Я с ребенком 2 года. У меня система LoungeKey. Английского не знает. Только французский. Сказала все занято. За мной люди спокойно вошли. Знайте. Если у Вас есть платину карта к тому, что какая-то страшная баба решает будете Вы вхожи в лаунж или нет. в терминале F другого Лаужа нет.

As some customers already refereed, even if the lounge has availability the staff has preference for business customers, unacceptable. Basically you only enter accordingly to your looks. Try any other lounge, they have very kind staff and welcoming!
