It looks so nice i wish to go there my school is 10T times better

The school is rather mediocre and the 1-star review is purely down to the administrative staff and how the school is run. It's truly awful, and packed full of inefficient bureaucratic staff who make dealing with the school as painful as this review sounds. On a simple ROI basis it certainly does not justify the huge costs they think they can command from the inevitable ex-pat communities who have to patronize this school.

The school education is good, but I hate how I have to go down to the mines. The teachers are pretty aggressive. Once I was coming up from the kids jail and I slipped and fell cuz I have leg deformation from carrying the salt stones from the mines. The teacher beat me with his shoes, she had high heals : (

Would gladly put 0 !Spent 4 years in this school - for sure LOW quality of teaching, academics are behind 2 years compare to other schools even public ones!Major focus of the teachers and school management is how to pump more money out of the parents.

I hope the school has changed since I was there, although by the looks of some reviews I doubt it. This was a terrible and traumatic experience. After breaking my femur saying and recovering, while at school at Jeane D'Arc in Gex which was better than la Chat tbh. I spent a few year at la Chat and was intimidated and harassed. The teachers did nothing useful and even sometimes made it worse. I do not want to give details, because I believe the pupils were just as much victims of the adult led environment, the responsibility ultimately lies with the school IMO. Anyhow, there was physical and mental abuse involved, that the school was aware of or should have been aware of. I do not see how they could not be. I demand the fees paid back, because it is not right for family to pay for trauma instead of education. Useless.

Amazing school, I love learning here. The teachers make learning here so fun.

Great school. Provides great education. Great people from all over the world. Great school food and facilities. Fun cultural events.

In the 1970s when I was there I encountered a few very outstanding personalities among the teachers. There were also many mediocre teachers and a few number of bad ones. As a student difficult to make friends among the other students (I rather had friends among the teachers). A great ideology of international friendship and cooperation, but the reality of that was biting a bit in that context. But still difficult to imagine to have graduated anywhere else. Regarding grading: Don't rely too much on teacher's evaluation for passing IB exams or not (you might get 3 from the teacher during the year and 5 in the IB or the other way round).

It's one of the three campuses of ISG in the region and the oldest. Magnificent campus, and caters to all age groups. Bilingual - has option of English or French as the medium of instruction.A school well equipped to provide all round development of the students.
