Pompes funèbres officielles de la Ville de Lausanne

The funeral arrangements went wonderfully well and everything was well done. The problem was when after a month and a half, I had not yet received my mother's death certificate. I emailed them to enquire and the man who took care of my case said that he had no idea and dismissed me by giving me a number to call. I eventually called the number and it turns out the justice department needed documents they had in fact asked the Pompes Funebres Officiels de Lausanne for; but the Pompes Funebres never conveyed the message to me. If I had not called to find out, I would have never known! The Pompes Funebres are paid a fortune to be the liaison between the state and the bereaved, but this one does not seem to take that part of its responsibilities too seriously. 5 stars on the funeral, 0 stars on communication.

Les pompes funèbres on installé le cercueil à 11h00 et sont parti de l'église laissant le cercueil abandonné à la vue de tout le monde. La cérémonie était à 14h00
