The worst car rental agency I have ever seen. Nothing on time. You pay a lot of money for bad service. I don't recommend it at all. Even the cheapest car rental agencies are way better than this company. If someone wants a proof I can show.Let's just put the elite" in inverted commas.La pire agence de location au monde. Avoid dealing with this company. They charged us with a car damage that we didn't do. They claimed that we caused a damage in the lowest front part of the car (a part that is barely visible when doing the initial check of the car's status, i am sure no one would look at it) while i had pictures of the car right before delivering it back proving that this damage did not exist. Their proof was only a  picture of the small damage from which i was not even able to confirm it is the car i drove. I asked if i can see the car, they refused. They are simply taking advantage of the insurance excess amount (that cannot be avoided unlike other professional renting companies) to charge people small damages in an inappropriate way.
