After looking for an apartment for months on our own, and without success, we hired Caroline at Silver Nest to help us find an apartment for our family. She was highly responsive and knowledgeable. She helped us apply to many apartments and ultimately secured an apartment for us in our desired location. We are very grateful for her assistance and kindness!

We relocated to Zurich from another country with zero knowledge of German. We contacted Silver Nest and got the quotes very quickly. There are different packages depending on your needs. The information is very clear and straightforward. Caroline helped us find a brand new apartment, and handled all the talking with the landlord. We eventually signed the contract well before the moving date.Caroline arranged and met us at the key-handover meeting with the landlord on the first date we arrived Zurich. She also provided us all the important information about the apartment, as well as daily life in Zurich. This helped tremendously during our move and gave us a smooth start in Switzerland (e.g every paperwork, like bank, gov. registration, mobile, school, work,... will require a Swiss address. We were clients of Silver Nest for our relocation from London, UK, to Zurich, Switzerland in the summer of 2022. In one short sentence: we couldnt rank Silver Nest and Caroline Kaufmann highly enough. Our move was not straight forward as we were self employed and needed to set up our business in Zurich while moving. It is quite complex to figure out the Swiss immigratio and legal system and the property market in particular is very tight around Lake Zurich. This means that foreigners looking to rent wihtout a set-up in Switzerland are - generally speaking - quite disadvantaged. With help from Silver Nest: not us!! Caroline was super helpful and accomodative in helping us with immigration and finding a rental property. It only took a few weeks for us to sign a rental contract in a lovely apartment in Zurich. Caroline viewed and evaluated the property for us, helped with arranging and negotiating the rental contract and guided us extremely well through the process. The entire exercise felt very friendly and natural and above all highly professional. Caroline was also extremely generous with her time throughout the planning process. There were some delays on our sude and we had to postpone the move originally. Caroline was extremely commercial and pragmatic and just to the point professional. It felt like the move was always 100% under control. My wife and I would most highly recommend Silver Nest to anyone moving to Switzerland. Superb service!

Caroline helped us enormously when relocating from the UK to Zurich. Helping us find a brilliant apartment and taking us through all the relevant paperwork to secure it as well as sorting all the initial requirements for us including insurance. I had to relocate to Zurich in short time. Caroline gave me invaluable help in finding an house quite quickly, and it was also a good bargain.
