Highly recommend Alex, he has a very good therapeutic experience and was able to help me for my back pain issues. He also uses authentic indian ayurvedic products from Kotakkal which are hard to find in switzerland and has very good communication techniques to ensure the pain areas are tackled well during the therapy. Absolutely phenomenal experience. If I had the means I would seriously do it every day. I was a bundle of nerves in haywire when I first arrived to his office and after one hour, I felt so this instant calm, serenity and relaxation! I could feel my blood pressure just decreasing and my anxiety melting away. Seriously amazing, I can't recommend enough.

Receiving a message at Aaananda was like going to a sanctuary out of town! Alexandre's dedication for what seems to be his passion made me enjoy the experience a lot. I felt very relaxed, and I also enjoyed the tips he gave me for after the massage. He has a good knowledge of the body and knows how to remove knots and tensions stored in the tissues. I am happy to go back to the clinic and refer it to other people looking for a good place to go in Geneva.
