I am so pleased with my many years of riding with Geneva Car Services in Geneva. My recent experience was excellent as always. The drivers arrive a little early and always help me with my bags. They are courteous and drive safely in clean and comfortable cars. When they pick you up at the airport, they are waiting for you at baggage claim and help you get your bags off the conveyor belt and then get them into and out of the limo. My experience was amazing as usual.

I was asked by my company to organise a series of transport for a client event at short notice. I came across Geneva Car Services and got in touch. I was surprised at how helpful they were in all the organisation process hand gave even more ideas within a city I wasn't sure about and didn't fully know. Very pleased with their services! It's my second time renting a car in Geneva and first with Geneva Car Services, and the service is highly superior to the other company. The car was almost new, super clean, just as described when I booked it. The prise was very reasonable and the staff friendly. Very punctual too, easy to take and leave the car. I have booked a V class for my clients in this company for a trip from Geneva to Courchevel 12.02.2022. from the very beginning there was a bad feeling about the way the operator behaved on calls and messages on whatsapp - very rude and not interested, although we still booked the service and it should be noted at the market price of 750 euros one way. as a result, the driver was late to the airport, the customers were waiting, the driver’s contacts given by the operator did not answer, the operator himself again spoke very rudely to the clients, the operator told me on the phone that they give us a discount of 50 euros for being late as compensation, but then clients told me that the driver allegedly broke down the machine for withdrawing from a credit card and he asked for cash, but a smaller amount, that is, the operator deliberately lied to us all. But it was the passengers who had it the worst, as the driver's driving style was very bad, the 2 hour drive seemed like hell, with a very rude attitude, customers all vomited from hard braking and a very smelly smell in the cabin, which did not even ventilate with an open window. I ask everyone not to use the services of this company - a waste of money, time and most importantly health!!!
