Really nice place, very well maintained and have all facilities including full-fledged kitchen, dishwasher and Washing machine.Perfect if you are here for work trip or longer stay.It's at the city centre yet tucked away in a quite neighborhood, just 2 mins walk from tube and tram and 15 from the central station.Will keep coming back again and againHighly recommend

Horror!!! Wir müssten das Zimmer nach 1 Nacht verlassen, obwohl wir für 2 Nächte bezahlt haben. Das Zimmer Geruch ist unerträglich! Dort hat man so geraucht, das sogar Vorhänge stinken! Meine Tochter konnte nicht schlafen, das Bett , Zimmer -alles hat nach Zigaretten gestunken.Wir haben gebucht Zimmer für 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Im Zimmer war nur 1 sehr kleines Doppelbett für Erwachsene und 1 kleines für 1 Kind!!Die Dame am Telefon hat mir gesagt, dass diese Nacht müssen wir so schlafen. Ich kann erzählen wie ich geschlafen habe! Gar nicht!Das Appartments waren sehr gebraucht, das Bad mit Flecken von Zigaretten. Bad und WC war schlechte als Bahnhof WC.Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen…. Nie Wieder! 480€ zum Fenster hinaus geschmissenes Geld.Um 9.00 sind wir weg gelaufen obwohl wir für 2 Nächte bezahlt haben.

Never in my live more . I was robbed by the persolenel of the object. The lack of privacy, the cleaners fall into the room without notice, and does not even have a lock on the door. a horrible place I do not recommend!

Die Wohnung befindet sich praktisch gleich neben dem Bahnhof Selnau und ist simple aber ganz in Ordnung eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist definitiv, dass sie eine wunderschöne und riesige Gemeinschaftsdachterrasse besitzt, die von den obersten Wohnungen genutzt werden kann. Ich werde definitiv diese Sonnenuntergänge vermissen.

I loved it, the apartment is very functional and modern, super well located and easy to access.Includes cleaning services with very nice cleaning ladies.Overall great experience during the stay for 3 months.

Stayed here for 3 months upon my arrival in Zurich. Place is completely reasonable for short term stay. Place is very bright with modern furnishings. Some items in the apartment have been worn out a little bit but overall was very happy with the stay. Location is great, 1 minute walk from Selnau station (there is a second entrance to the station which is not listed on google maps and as result is very convenient) which allows connection to Zurich HB in 5 mins.

Despite of the fact that pets are allowed in this place, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone travelling with animals. Cleaning staff is afraid of cats and I can't even imagine what could have happened if I wasn't there while cleaning the room... Judging by staff's behaviour - I would probably lose my pets.What is more, building is constructed in a way that we could hear people talking next door. The window view from our apartment was also terrible - looking into neighbour's room wasn't pleasant. As well as the lack of the sun was.The only advantage of VA is its location - good access to public transport and city center.

I've never walked into a place and gagged. It was so hot and it stunk so bad, I immediately opened all the windows and put a fan on. There is a half step into every room that is a horrible tripping hazard. Only a glass partition between the bedroom in the living room. And no door in between the bathroom and the bedroom. My dad and I could not stay, it was the most uncomfortable apartment and we aren't the picky type. We got another apartment for the same price that was a million times better. They would not refund us even though the apartment stunk and was so hot, we were there for 15 minutes. Please do not get stuck here, it will ruin your stay. Stay in old town, near the water. Vision apartments are a 'modern' nightmare.
