Great e-bike purchasing experience . Buying a e-bike is not an easy decision, I had the best pre and post sale support given by Benjamin.He was absolutely amazing and helpful during the entire process, from lending me an e-bike for a couple of days, alerting me on its availability till fixing small things after the purchase. You are lucky to have a guy like Benjamin working at your shops, he has strong consumer orientation and definitely makes the difference. Merci Benjamin .)

Super magasin de vélos électriques en plein centre de Vevey, beaucoup de choix de qualité et possibilité de faire venir un article très rapidement. Les vendeurs sont accueillants, souriants, disponibles et de très bons conseils. Le service après vente est parfait également. Nous sommes ravis de nos deux vélos achetés chez eux.

We have all heard of 5* service, well after going to Veloland in Vevey - Switzerland - I discovered what 10* service was and is! Both, Audrey and Benjamin, on two consecutive days, were incredibly helpful and serviable, far beyond the normal call of duty, and for that I am very grateful to them both! Without their help my bike trip would have been much less enjoyable.This is the first review I have ever wrote, so trust me, this shop and especially its staff, are awesome. Thanks again guys

Very helpful staff. They take their time to explain everything and suggest different options, which is not always the case these days. Allow you to test the different bikes and are not pushy. Overall great customer service, would highly recommend to anyone needing a new bike or accessories (a lot of useful things in stock!).

Yesterday during my tour towards Vevey I realized that I had forgotten the charger of my e-bike. I stopped by your shop and asked if i could have the battery charged. Once again I thank you for the kindness. An hour later my battery was charged and I was able to continue my journey without any problems.
