When living in the fun cold weather. Im always on thelook out for places that can keep me warm. Sure, you can get yoursoups at any restaurant, but this place and its ramen...amazing!I give this place a 5 star rating because they went above and beyondtheir service. Goyza is amazing! They areyoung restaurant and l don't think they knew how much we love ramen, especially if its a new place. The lake view compliments everything.I do recommend visiting earlier in the day and you can try whatever the chef recommends.

Travelled from the Uk after hearing about this and was not disappointed! Definitely would recommend to all my family and friends, the soup base was all natural and was filled with flavour. No MSG in the soup!! My new favourite spot in Switzerland for ramen!

I was personally disappointed!! I ordered 2 ramens, pork & beef, a GYOZA MAISON (which I never received...they had forgotten to put it!!!) and a BAO BUN. The bao bun was really tasty, but the portion of the ramen was very small and it was nothing special. The broth tasted more like instant ramens. Also, there was only half an egg on the ramen and the meat was so little in both ramens that we'd ordered. I find the food very overpriced for the portion you get.

This Ramen spot was recommended by the concierge of the Beau-Rivage Hotel and the recommendation was one of the best I have ever had in my life.The decor is fun and you feel as though you are eating in the Japanese country side. Service is swift and the menu is accommodating to all diets. The restaurant is large with ample seating for groups they have indoor dining, outdoor, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. You are able to call ahead and make reservations for large groups. My vegan companion enjoyed the Vegan Ramen and I had the most popular regular bowl with Udon Noodles. The flavors were perfect and the noodles stayed firm through the meal. Ask for the Spicy sauce as it makes the bowl a spicy and fun to eat. They have a great selection of wines and Japanese beer.I hope to visit again this little Slice of Japan in the heart of Neuchatel. Thank you to the staff again for a wonderful experience.

We went to the new location tonight after previously only ordering online. We love Ichi Ramen! We arrived a bit after normal hours but the owner served us anyways. The food was great; shoyu ramen, tonktotsu ramen, some gyoza, and a matcha / chocolate tart.We will definitely be going back, and can't wait!

I recommend this restaurant , the service is top , the food shows already all the love and intention .For real, people in neuchatel should know where to get the best ramen . I came at 9pm and the kitchen was closed! They prepared me the dinner anyways !!!! I appreciate it because everything was closed !!
