Loft-Inn

It's ideal for backpackers who are looking for one night's stay near interlaken . It's cheap compared to the other options. But there's no lift, no towels provided, no space to store your luggage. Rooms are average and bed was comfortable. Common CR & shower. Parking space is available which is a positive thing.

Terrible experience

I liked the place, especially if you have all the food items with you. Because there’s the only one restaurant outside and its expensive I think but its soooo beautiful from inside.The view is so beautiful near Loft-in. This place is on the right-side of the road but hard to notice when you’re in a car and passing by. Be very careful not to miss it in hurry. Just a tip, Make the google map on satellite mode, zoom it and carefully understand the surroundings from aerial view.The place is ok and good place for a that cheapest price in Bern, especially near to Blausee (very beautiful natural park) .

Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, jedoch nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehlenswert! Im Schlaflager liegen die Matratzen eng an eng, die Wände und das Dach sind sehr hellhörig. Dünne Decken und kein Handtuch. Habe mich nicht sonderlich wohlgefühlt und war froh, als ich wieder gehen konnte.

Tolle Jugendherberge sauber Günstig und eine Super freundliche Begrüßung jeder Zeit wieder gerne und das Essen im Restorant ist auch wirklich gut.

Very very bad experience.Very very noisy all night long. It was impossible to sleep till 6am. I had a private double room and next door there is a dormitory room for 10people. They were listening music and having party all night long. People were coming and going very late at night. The entrance door was kept open. No staff around to maintain security or to preserve night rest. That's questionable considering the property hosts big groups in dormitory rooms. Anyway, I called to tell them about the bad experience. For fairness I did it before writing this review, but they don't care at all. First they stated that I already wrote a review (which was not true, I'm doing it now), so there is no point in speaking about it. Probably they mixed up another guest review which says more or less the same. They don't feel responsible for what happens in their property saying that it's not their issue if other people don't know how to behave. Absurd. Who else should be responsible about the safety and the nighttime peace if not the property? So for what are the guests paying? Why should the guest pay for a private room if it's like staying in a party dormitory room? The lady in charge told me that once she slept in a place in US where outside of the hotel it was very loud, taking it as example that the property is not responsible for it. There is no need to be a hotel manager to understand how ridiculous such statements are! How can a manager compare what happens outside of a property with what happens inside a property? Is this the way the manager thinks or does it mirror the property philosophy? In the case this is the philosophy it would be coherent to get a confirmation here, so future guests know what to expect. If it's not, it would be right to get a feedback where the property clearly distance itself from it with the related apologies. In addition the manager asserted that the room was left at 11am which is a lie. The room was left at 10am, only the shared bathroom was used after 10am. Very bad!
