Had a coffee incident earlier this year while I was in ZH for business purposes (i.e. no additional backup shirt or suit at my immediate disposal). I went there to see if they could clean my shirt. Very kindly, they lent me a shirt and immediately removed the coffee staines from my pants so that I could attend my meeting and washed my shirt in two hours (paying a little extra for the express service). Very kind ladies. I highly recommend.

Be careful here, got a destroyed shirt back, obviously damaged during the laundry, but no interest to put customer first, no reimbursement nor any sign of trying to.find an acceptable solution.My advice, don't use their services.

Do not use their services! My worst dry cleaning service experience, ever. Went to the Zurich shop in Feb, came multiple times back during several weeks to get back my trousers, every time I was told to come back a week later. End march they admitted to have lost my trousers. They said they will reimburse them. Today, 3 months later, after so many complaints, emails, phone calls: no reimbursement, no trousers, no Sorry. Horrible. I cannot believe how bad their service is

Since new owner, super expensive, back to stone ages in terms of only confirmation of service is a paper slip which one has to present on pickup ~ a week later.

Old fashioned order tracking system with unprofessional service. If you loose your paper ticket, they don’t have a way to find your pick up items in the system.
