The worst “professional” cleaning service we have ever seen. They broke several articles, did not clean properly and are the rudest and most unfriendly people we have come across in Switzerland. This company was recommended by the real estate management company Livit. Obviously because there is a personal relationship involved. Beware of this company!

Jotic Reinigung did tidy-out my 3-room flat in Zug/Switzerland, including professional disposal of goods. Then cleaning it with guaranteed handover to the landlord. That was all done with superb service and while I was already abroad. Excellent work done, communication smooth as silk and all on a fair price tag. W2G, thanks for the good work done team Jotic Reinigung.
