Balloons quality was great. However I was organizing the decoration for my mother's 60th birthday, and service was not up to my expectations for the price I've paid:1. she had to come twice as she came on the wrong date the first time2. I think they should ring before entering someone's property3. They forgot the most important balloons, the number balloons !!! And first accused me of not having ordered them although I've paid for them.

I have ordered numerous time balloons for the presents and for the decoration of my home from Faraday and it was always impeccable service and quality of the balloons! Either it's the simplest one or LED ballons that only Faraday has in Romandie - it always looks great and helps to create a very special atmosphere! Not to mention I am based in Lausanne and they always find a way to organise delivery for me! Totally recommending!

Faraday Suisse is a great service provider that we have worked with as a professional event organising company (ordering decorations for our clients' celebrations eg photowalls, full ceiling cover, huge bouqets of balloons, LED balloons, thematic decorations) and also our number one choice for the balloons for our own private parties and presents for our friends. Fact that they work 24/7 is definitely a huge bonus in Switzerland.

We ordered last-minute from Singapore for our nephew’s 7th birthday. Roza responded quickly to our request overnight our time, clarified the details and enabled us to make payment. The very next morning, Roza discovered that our nephew and his family were going to be leaving Geneva for a week’s trip to the mountains. She immediately changed her schedule and delivered the custom balloon gift to reach them before they departed. We had one very happy 7 year old as a result. Couldn’t have been happier with her proactive and responsive service.

I ordered a balloon garland and it was fresh for a month! Helium compositions were simply gorgeous and also floated for about a week. The only thing to improve - boxes from the weights are not waterproof.Otherwise - impeccable service, thank you so much!
