The lady was very nice and I have no complaints about the location or service in at this location but overall europcar will be your nightmare with many hidden charge even after a month. Also customer service is the worst in this industry.

I rented a car from the Zurich Europcar but crashed it on my way to Grindelwald. I phoned the Europcar in Interlaken, which was the nearest to where I crashed, and they shuffled their bookings around to organise a new car for me. Apparently every branch operates independently from one another and they're supposed to direct me back to Zurich, where I organised the rental, if I have any problems. So they really went out of their way to minimise my inconvenience while I was on holiday, and I'm just blown away by how easy it was to file and incident report and get straight back into a new vehicle and back to my holiday. Had they directed me back to Zurich, I would have lost the day and it would have ruined my trip. If I could rate the Interlaken team higher than 5 stars, I would! Thanks so much!

Great experience here. I booked a car online during the evening, for the next day in the morning. They have been very reactive and successfully provided me a car. It was a car from a bigger category because of the short notice, but the price was the same.Good and efficient service, everything went well and the car was in a good state.

Overpriced and sketchy. TONS of hidden fees and the service was just okay. Their method for payment is to scan your credit card. SCAN. Like with a printer. My card does not display the number visibly for security reasons so they didn’t accept it! Then I found out they booked me for the wrong car, and they charged me a fee to change despite having the confirmation email. The car itself wasn’t great. Hard to drive and not well kept.

We picked up on a Saturday, even though the office was meant to be closed. The office is very easy to find and access. The young lady could not have been more friendly and helpful, she even brought the car out from the car park to us ready to drive. We found a mark on a bumper that wasn't listed on the rental agreement, and she changed the agreement without any argument. The car was excellent, clean, well maintained and a pleasure to drive. Highly recommended.

Very poor service with extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Expensive and would not recommend at all!!!! Don’t book from these guys, they also don’t reveal the full price of the rental and charge additional fees afterwards.
