KiBiZ Kita Hofmatt

Die KiBiZ Kita Hofmatt ist wirklich eine hervorragende Kita. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Es wird viel Wert auf das Wohl und die Interessen der Kinder gelegt. Darüber hinaus gibt es auch einen tollen grossen Garten. Ich kann die Kita wirklich sehr empfehlen.

We have had the best experience with KiBiZ Hoffmatt during the 3,5 years, where our son went there. The teachers are very competent and passionate, and they show a lot of care and attention to the kids. We are very grateful.

Die beste Krippe in Zug oder überhaupt!

Unsere Kinder waren beide in der Kita Hofmatt. Es hat Ihnen dort sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten jederzeit den Eindruck, dass sie gut betreut wurden. Die Leitung sowie alle BetreuerInnen waren super nett und kompetent. Super ist auch der riesige Garten und das wunderschöne Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen!

My daughter has been in KiBiZ Hofmatt since 01.06.2018, Time flies, more than three years past. She likes KiBiZ Hofmatt very much and she has very good relationship with all the Kindergarten teachers and all the kids in her group. Now she can speak and understand a lot of Swiss German, that is very important for my daughter. My family is very happy with KiBiZ Hofmatt and you have a great team with rich experience, patients, friendly, nice and active. My family really appreciate for it. we would like to say thank you very much for all what you have done for my daughter!

Although we had a generally positive experience with the teachers at this Kita, it is important to note that not all of them exhibited the level of professionalism and care that we expected. While some were warm, energetic, and fun, others displayed concerning behavior that left a lasting impression. For example, one teacher mentioned holding my child by his legs when he refused to sleep or observed dragging a child down the stairs in an abusive manner. While this teacher was thankfully removed from the staff shortly after, the incident left a negative impact on both the affected child and the overall atmosphere of the establishment.Additionally, there were instances where teachers lacked attentiveness and ignored the children, instead choosing to chat among themselves. When incidents occurred, such as my child being bullied and coming home with bruises, the teachers were quick to deflect blame and place responsibility on the child for not speaking up sooner. It was frustrating to hear that the onus was on my child to report incidents, especially when the primary responsibility of the teachers is to observe and ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children under their care.
