Hôtel des Alpes

Grundsätzlich ein gutes Mittelklassehotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Genf. Bei der Instandhaltung der Zimmer, bzw. deren Einrichtung sollte mehr geschaut werden.Die Sauberkeit ist soweit in Ordnung. Ein einfaches aber gutes Frühstücksbuffet ist vorhanden.

Ich war für eine Nacht vor Ort. Der Empfang war sehr nett. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Parken kann man im Parkhaus am Bahnhof. Durch das Hotel bekommt man eine Vergünstigung.Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Und der See ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Gut, sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen, relativ günstig.

Sehr netter Service. Hotel optimal gelegen, sauber, Hygieneregeln werden eingehalten, Preis für Downtown fast nicht zu schlagen. Insgesamt guter Aufenthalt, jederzeit gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Very expensive for very low standards.Room window is not opening, floor in poor condition, very noisy, we hear everything from next next rooms, breakfast is offering very little options and average quality products.Clearly does not justify in any way the price tag!Only good thing is the location.

Sehr geräumige Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und halbwegs gutem Ausblick. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut (ca 3 Minuten zum Bahnhof). Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück ist auch in Ordnung.

Sehr schöne Zimmer ruhig trotz Stadtlage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplätze 150m am Bahnhof.

Chambre confortable, très bien décorée et le personnel très compétent.Quartier chaleureux, diversifier et accueillant. (Et à 2 pas de la gare)

Although this hotel is conveniently placed near Cornavin train station, that's as good as it gets. The rooms are very basic yet exorbitant for what you get.There was an air conditioning unit connected to the window which was bulky and noisy so you couldn't sleep while it was on. We had terrible black mould all over the shower in room 305. Even the toilet bowl looked mouldy.Although there was a fridge in the room, it was just for show and served no purpose whatsoever as not only was it not working,  there was no accessible plug or actual way to turn it on.The pillows were so lumpy it was like sleeping on a bag of rocks and you were only given one per person. It was impossible to sleep properly because of the street noise so we left exhausted after two nights. Would not recommend.
