Van Cleef & Arpels Luzern

First visit a few years ago was great, even my husband liked it because they gave him lovely chocolates while he waited. Made me want to come back to get something when I had my second child. Definitely not as good second time, mostly because they are never open and don't seem to want business! Also not the same special treatment as the first time, don't answer emails and don't even follow the store hours they post on Google. I'm not a frequent luxury goods buyer so I expect it to be more special and less transactional for the price. Boutique itself is lovely inside as well as the products

Lovely experience at Van Cleef & Arpels in Luzern — the team showcased Swiss hospitality and our visits were made extra special by Ma Hangkai, who was knowledgeable and assisted us with getting the piece we’ve been looking for. The team at the store were very friendly and approachable, leaving us with great memories of this beautiful city!

I fell in love with Van cleef in my teenage years. After 20 yeats of falling in love with it, to finally say I own van cleef is mind blowing. I even got my friend to buy a piece of van cleef also. I was disappointed when one of the sales person ( or the manager) gave a chocolate (a nice one) to my friend and not me too. Her comment I only have one." After I sat there rave about their product. No matter who's paying

Amazing store with a great staff. I can’t afford anything in there so I went in as a fan and two women were incredibly friendly and helpful and showed me all the pieces they could and gave me a tour knowing full well that I wasn’t going to purchase anything. I unfortunately didn’t catch their names but it was an incredible experience

What an amazing store! Mr. Lee and his team showed me the pieces I was looking for and told me details about VC&A that I haven't known. They honestly gave me the best expierence you can have in a classy store. Shoutout to Mr. Lee and his team for making it so pleasing! Wasn't the last visit I had there!

An absolutely amazing experience at Van Cleef in Luzern. Everyone was polite, warm and welcoming. I was assisted by the lovely Alexandra who is a true gem. I would highly recommend purchasing with her. I am certainly going back to check off all my items on my VCA wishlist!
