Anytime my husband or friends ask what I'd like for my birthday it is always a gift card for an Equilibrio Massage! It's my absolute favorite way to treat myself. I was just there this week for a massage and can't wait to get back soon!

Rose, who gave me physio treatment for a skiing shoulder injury, was brilliant. She provided treatment which eased the stiffness and gave me exercises which are helping all the time. Not only that but Rose went beyond her professional duty by phoning the next day to advise me of her suspicions of more serious damage and recommended a visit to hospital for an X-ray. This advice was invaluable and set me on a course of getting investigations/treatment for a rotator cuff damage.
