A beautiful hotel with everything you need for the perfect ski trip. The staff are friendly and always on hand to help, Adam the manager is particularly attentive! We thoroughly enjoyed the food, the fondue night is incredible. Thank you for such a lovely stay, Mountain Lodge team!

We stayed as a family of 4 as part of a group of 13 from 2-9th April. Hotel was faultless - rooms spotlessly clean, comfy beds, fab bathrooms and showers. True ski in and out and the staff were so helpful - ski passes collected from reception desk and ski hire associated with hotel a 15 step walk across the courtyard. Best ski hire we have ever had with high quality products. Literally 2 mins to slopes and 650km of skiing!!!Meals were lovely and they were flexible to feed the 7 kids earlier so, if we wanted to, we could have adults dinner when kids were finished as they disappeared off to the amazing games and cinema room. Cosy bar and lovely to meet other guests staying there. Stunning terrace to sit in sun and have a few drinks. Spa was good and massages were great.Can't recommend this place highly enough - we are all going back next year.

I stayed at Mountain Lodge for the second time last week - I couldn’t wait to return! The hotel is beautiful, the staff are helpful and friendly and it is in the perfect location for skiing. The food is amazing and the bar is always open. Couldn’t recommend this place more and can’t wait to go back again!

Customer service was excellent from the first enquiry to check out. Staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The spa was top notch and was just what was needed after a full days skiing. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay and will definitely be returning soon.

We arrived at Les crosets in the night a land slide blocked the only road there. We were about to walk 3 km up hill with all the equipment and baggage in freezing temperatures. To our aid came like angels the couple running this fine establishment. Even though we were not their guests, they took us all the way to our chalet by car (after passing the land slide by foot) and offered us hot drinks. When such lovely people run a hotel, you know you’ll have a great time.

Amazing stay with my family. Really is ski in ski out, very friendly staff and Adam the manager was always on hand to help out with questions and requests. Food was unbelievable and the spa is the perfect end to the day! Will definitely be coming back!

Incredible Family friendly atmosphere with amazing staff all right there to add the special touches to the holiday away. They all go above and beyond from the airport transfer, The organisation of a private ski instructor or even offering drinks while relaxing in the spa. The food is delicious and have different specials every night. The rooms are spacious and are very comfortable. I could not recommend this ski hotel highly enough and will be sharing this with all my friends. Thank you to all the staff who made this trip special and I will be back again!
