Une cuisine qui me rappelle mes divers séjours au Liban. Un honneur d'avoir pu savourer la cuisine du Chef libanais Alan Geaam et d'avoir pu le renconter. Et un grazie mille au chef de rang Gennaro per il suo grande professionalisma. Je recommande donc vivement cette expérience culinaire.

I have had the opportunity and blessing to visit some of the finest restaurants in the world. I have to say that Lemantine by Alan Geaam is at the top of the list. I’m staying at the Fairmont Le Montreaux Palace and have eaten here three out of four nights. Not because there are no other options but because the experience is so amazing! The staff is fantastic and kind, especially Cecile and Cecilia and Abdil. Manager Oracio is so gracious and on point and Chef Alan Geaam is literally a culinary genius! I highly recommend this fine dining experience when visiting the Fairmont Le Montreaux Palace, Montreaux Switzerland.
