Really terrible company who not only raises its prices by 30/50% but in addition do not care about the mistakes done by its employees that eventually caused financial damage to its customers.My customer experience was the following : I flew from Paris to Rio through Zürich and Sao Paolo.Swiss stew in Paris desk and on the plane confirmed me my checked luggage would follow to Rio.Once in Rio no luggage and Latam staff confirmed all luggages must be always checked in again in Sao Paolo.Thus it was my mistake I did not Check in the luggages in Sao Paolo after flying Swiss.I had to pay hundred euros taxi and lost half day of holidays commuting by myself to the airport of Rio.As I followed Swiss crew advice , the responsibility is by Swiss .What do you think Swiss answered?« please raise your complain by Latam, legally the responsibility is by Latam ».Either Swiss customer service I am really stupid or they do not want to take any responsibility for its staff mistakes .I assume the second point .In any case, “legally” I will boycott Swiss for next flights and choose better and cheaper alternatives like Air France, British Airways, Qatar .Thanks Swiss For this great customer experience!
