went during winter season, the view was fantastic. the toboggan run was great, but not advisable with small kid as the starting track a bit bumpy, high slope inclination (fast speed) and potentially dangerous.

I have come to ski in Saas Fee for a week. The truth is that I have not seen in 20 de ski the low maintenance and how unprofessional they are when it comes to working the snow. They only had one open agondola in the entire station and one track and they didn't even have it in a condition to be able to ski a shameful place

Lack of clear information about prices and schedule on the website. Difficult to get clear information on the web. Directly at site, it is still very confusing, there is no external notice board with timetables at the entrance to the cable car. We asked 3 local people very kind in front of the cable car and no one understood there and from the official site if the cable car will be open the following day. On a web site, we find that the first departure is at 8.30 in the morning. Misleading information. At the mountain guides office, we discovered the skock answer, the cable car is closed in the morning. If the cable car is closed, CLOSED must be written clearly on the web. We decide to go home. We spent time driving car, money and we took a day off work for nothing. Sadly, we will probably never return here.

Went there to ski for one week, and feel very dissapointed for the service and the station maintenance paid normal forfait and just one lift open, the machinery without work on the slopes, so i feel that was a fraud, the price for what they offer, been in all the alps ski resorts and this is by far the worst! 22 years ago i came and was vey different. If you have the chance don't come to Saas fee, is just an ilussion what they sell and what you find once you arrived, go to Val Thorens, Courchevel or Meribel, there are to many stations to waste time and money on this.
