I dropped off a suite for dry cleaning for my husband. However, when I arrived, I was told that I would have to pay an extra 5CHF to have a bag to cover thd clothes. She took the bag off the suite when I declined the offer, and I ended up leaving with the newly cleaned suite carried around without any sort of covering... Not even a plastic or biodegradable covering. Having any sort of plastic covering is a minimum standard for keeping the clothes clean. Please reconsider this policy. If it is a matter of cost, lower quality bags could be used.Edit: I received the following reply from the business, which is much appreciated. According to the response, the decision to place a surcharge for plastic and fabric coverings was made for ecological reasons. However, the prices were not decreased by the corresponding amount when the business decided to remove the fabric covering as part of the standard fee.

This is the best dry cleaner I have found in the area. I feel safe taking expensive or delicate items here, as they have special methods for cleaning them. They are also very friendly. They often have special offers which are very advantageous.
