I asked Primeheim to due diligence an apartment I was interested in buying. They were very responsive and extremely competent. After a site visit, they produced a report showing me the strengths and weaknesses of the property, the renovation needs and the potential cost impact. The report was easy to read and written in good English. As a result, I felt more in control of the risk I was going to take in making an offer and then moving to the real acquisition.
