Johanna est une super coach. Elle a de l’empathie, connait tres bien son registre/ ses references en terme de CNV, et sa méthode de reformulation et d’identification des domaines à travailler est tres effective! Ideal pour tous et toutes, mais son approche est aussi tres bien adaptée aux femmes actives, mamans, et donc qui ont une charge mentale de dingue:)

I have had the pleasure of being coached by Johanna Guez as I change direction in my career. After every session with her, I have felt empowered to make the necessary changes in my life in order to get to where I wanted to. Johanna is excellent at what she does; she is a great listener and helps you articulate your deepest fears and recalibrate sometimes confusing thoughts in a way that provides meaningful direction and clarity of purpose. Her optimistic vitality, fun and uplifting personality, her thought provoking questions challenged me to focus on following a path that would capitalise on my strengths and real passions. There is also much to be said about the beautiful new location in Chene-Bougeries, where Johanna holds her coaching sessions- only a 20 minute bus ride from Gare Cornavin. The area is peaceful, quiet and overlooks a magnificent garden. It provides a safe and comfortable haven where you will feel inspired to reflect and outline (with Johanna's support) you new life plans.
