NordicTrack Switzerland

Prompt, professional, and courteous service, both on the phone and by their staff who came for initial setup. I have been very pleased that, contrary to their competitors, at least Nordictrack is established in Switzerland and therefore their warranty applies.I am a fervent cyclist enthusiast, and I must say that the Commercial S22i cycle has all to expect from an exercise bike: classes but also outdoor circuits, and you can create your own too. Simply brilliant !

I bought a NT x22i in Dec 2019. In July 2020, the console stopped working. The supplier has been trying to obtain a replacement console for over 3 months. There is no customer service. Do NOT buy NordicTrack products. Just read the internet. A company selling products for thousands should have customer service and replace faulty parts immediately.

I am contemplating to buy a cross trainer both for my house in Switzerland and in Portugal. I would like the identical one since it makes life easier. But I notice that the machine (a commercial 14.9) costs Chf 3200 in Switzerland and Euro 1900 in Portugal ??? Upon further study, the machine costs Euro 1900 in Italy, France, Germany, Austria, but in Switzerland its Chf 3200???Ridiculous policy - I will opt for another brand. I dont like being played for a fool.

I bought a proform c7 treadmill. The console never worked from day1. After 4 months we are still waiting for a replacement. Buy here if you want to waste your money.
