Non andare mai.... non c'è nessuno rispetto al cliente. Siamo lasciati abandonato nello JFK per più di 24 ore con due bambini dopo la cancellazione del nostro volo.

Mental ill people. They didn't inform you on time about Esta Visa, you will have to lose on flight ticket then you have rebooked! There were 6 more people. I hope to see they’re opinions well!Also very bad service!

Please take care of booking Delta. They lost my baggage and brought it almost just 2 days later. Had several stuff in that was need for my business. Delta told me to buy needed things and claim. Just bought the absolutely most important (less than $100). Now even after several e-mails with various excuses of Delta, they didn't pay for it. 5 months ago happened..

Anschlussflug verpasst und niemand interessiert sich für eine Lösung. Stundenlang in der „Help“line gehangen. Resultat: 72 Stunden warten oder zurück, Reiseabbruch. Nachtrag 3 Monate später: Nach 20 Beschwerden endlich die Auslagen erstattet erhalten. Gibt ein Upgrade von einem auf 3 Sterne.

Fly Milan-AtlantaThis is the worst airline I have ever flown with. Today 04/20/2023 on a flight that was supposed to fly yesterday, and due to a plane breakdown, our plane was turned back from the runway. Today, the plane was supposed to leave at 10 o'clock in the morning and the situation repeated itself, the plane was turned back from the runway, after waiting on the plane for about an hour to open the doors, we still continue to wait for our luggage (already for 2 hours) For all this time it did not come the representative of the airline and no one can explain what happened. Dozens of people are locked down without food and water. It's a huge shame

Versuche seit 3h einen Check-In zu machen. Leider ohne Erfolg. Bei jedem Browser funktioniert etwas anderes nicht :(

This is the worst Ceckin for delta. Horrible. Only one agent works most of the time at check-in. This is my 3rd time traveling from Zürich and it's horrible. Come 3 hours earlier so you don't miss your flight.
