Brasilianisches Generalkonsulat in Zürich

Great consulate, professional and efficient. We needed to get a new passport to our child, submitted all the documentation online (they promptly reviewed for any issues), got an appointment within a few days. At the day of the appointment, we got in and out of the consulate with the passport ready in less than 30 min. Everyone was polite from security to reception to the specialist at the passport booth.

Sehr schlechte erfahrung gemach die dickliche dame am schalter war sehr unhöflich und frech, sie konnte mir keine Auskunft geben und hat mich auf die Webseite verwiesen.Und in einem konsulat sollten die Angestellten in businesskleidung auftreten nicht in freizeitkleidern

Es war mein erster Besuch in diesem Brasilianischen Consulate General. Alle waren sehr freundlich und auch äusserst professionell. Da muss ich ein ganz grosses Kompliment machen.Ich erhielt die Auskünfte, die ich für mich benötigte, schnell.Auch muss ich sagen, dass alles sehr gepflegt und auch sauber war. Dies ist leider nicht bei allen Konsulaten der Fall.Nochmals meinen herzlichen Dank für die schnelle und auch professionelle Beratung.

It’s been quite pleasant working with the staff there, they have made all possible efforts to get my papers done.They have been quite supportive, quite prompt and willing you help, sharing with me all info and details and quite patient and motivated.I would say it is probably the best experience i have had dealing with authorities and doing official papers and documents.Muito Obrigado! Ich habe bis jetzt gar nicht glauben können, dass ein Service so schlecht sein kann. So unfreundliche Leute, das ist ja der Wahnsinn!! Und inkompetent sind sie auch noch.

Very fast to do passport and serve the expatriates. You need to have all the documents in order to have a flawless process.

Früher war jeder Besuch eine Tortur, aber seit einiger Zeit funktioniert alles reibungslos. Wenn man vorher einen Termin abmacht klappt der Service erstklassig. Grosses Lob !

When I saw the the link to the Brazilian Consulate for the first time I saw the google average rating. I thought ok, a rating between 3 and 4 is comparable to other consulates. However, after my first contact with the consulate, I wondered why there are customers of this consulate who give them less than 5 stars. After my second visit there I would even give them 7 stars!!The reasons are the following: I had a case which was an emergency just for my family and myself but was no emergency at all for anybody else. Nevertheless, I was attended by phone on Sunday (!) and got exact instructions what I will have to do. Next business day I went to the consulate and was impressed how all the customers are well taken care of. There are friendly, helpful and multilingual agents who attend the customers when they walk in. My case took a bit longer and so I could see that the waiting times for the customers are very short. All the customers left the consulate with a smile, me included!Next day I had to go there again in order to renew the passport for my son. Guess, how long this took us? We entered the consulate with the documents that were required on the well prepared information form of the consulate and 30 minutes later we left the consulate with my son's passport!!

Die Inkompetenz ist unglaublich!!Hab mehrmals angerufen und sie sind inkonpetent, weiteitere informationen zu geben... mehrmals im Büro gewesen und sie konnte mir wieder nicht weiter helfen...Sie sind extrem arogant und haben keinen Respekt!Hab mit eine Mitarbeiter geredet und er selbst meinte sie wissen nich was sie machen, 1000 leute haben reklamiert und sie machen NIX dagegen!!!

Ich habe eine sehr kompetente Auskunft erhalten. Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett. Danke für die Hilfe.
