Super Veto... Très patient... Explique très bien les choses

When we received the diagnosis of a pituitary tumour for our miniature pinscher of 8 years, we were told by our local (French) veterinarian that we would need to consult with a veterinary neurologist. We reached out to Dr Demierre, who was able to give us an appointment in two days (as opposed to our local veterinary neurologist in France who had a two-week wait). Dr Demierre took imaging that confirmed the diagnosis and proposed radiation therapy for the treatment thereof. Dr Demierre took the time (over half an hour) to explain in detail the implications of the diagnosis as well as our treatment options; he made sure to recommend EBVS (European Board of Veterinary Sciences) practitioners who hold the title of European Specialist in Radiation Oncology for the treatment. He also prescribed medication to manage our dog's seizures in the interim - and we have not witnessed another seizure since. After completing the radiation therapy, we returned to Dr Demierre for a follow-up neurological exam as per the suggestion of the radiation oncologist and he was glad to see our little dog again - Dr Demierre appreciates receiving updates on his patients following an initial consultation. A hint! Dr Demierre screens his calls so it will ring for a while and then go to the message service, but this does not mean that he is unavailable - it just means that he is working and will return your message as soon as he can (probably within two hours in our experience). Do NOT make the mistake of calling 15 times until he picks up and inadvertently harassing him (like I did because I was panicking after receiving the bad news!). The phone rings aloud in his practice and it is likely to disturb him if you call more than once without leaving a message. Thank you, Dr Demierre, for being available to help our Ratatouille in such a harrowing time!

Un vrai spécialiste qui s est expliqué simplement les pathologies et très humain

Malgré qu'il nous ai annoncé une très mauvaise nouvelle pour notre berger australien Eliott, nous recommandons sans hésiter le Dr Demierre. C'est un vétérinaire qui est à l'écoute et qui fait preuve d'empathie. Il est très humain et prend le temps d'expliquer la situation avec des mots simples et justes. De plus il a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous a rappelé à chaque message laissé sur son répondeur.

Un professionnel sans égale. Très humain et toujours à l'écoute. Il a apporté énormément d'intérêt à la situation de notre chien depuis mon message vocal. Je remercie beaucoup pour son soutien car c'était un moment très difficile pour nous et pour notre buldogue français.
