I moved into the office and was greeted with a warm welcome and introduced to the company culture.The staff on site, as well as online, are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient.I am excited and grateful that I can now use office space worldwide.Thank you very much for this great opportunity!

Top Ausstattung. Schöne Büros. ABER wirbt mit tiefen Preisen was sich dann aber als Lockangebot entpuppt. Sitz und Telefonkontakt in Barcelona. Keinen direkten telefonischen Ansprechpartner. Würde ich NICHT weiterempfehlen

Great Support Staff. They really care about customer needs and satisfaction.The proximity to the train station is also a big plus.All of my clients that i have met there were impressed with the facility and staff.

I had an office with this location for over a year and the staff and management was always very accommodating and professional. The locations are great, the staff supportive and responsive. Regus continues to exemplify quality and professionalism.

Absolut unseriös in den Mietabrechnungen, Gebühren etc.Wir werden die Verträge auflösen und zu einem Mitbewerber in Zug umziehen. Wir habe wirklich keine Lust mehr!

It’s purposeful and basically clean but not more. Unfortunately lacking attention to detail such as: Microwave from kitchen has been removed (?), bathrooms usually out of soap, toilet brush broken for months…

Predatory behavior of the most vile kind.We were a client for two years. Three months and two weeks prior to contract auto-renewal, we provided written notice of our intent not to renew. Request was ignored - citing the only cancellation method they deem acceptable - is the click of a button on an online form- any other method (including written advance notice) is not acceptable.Thus, they renewed our contract despite our written notice of intent not to renew- and increased rent by approx. 70% (such abusive increases have been deemed abusive and in violation of applicable codes of conduct here in Switzerland by courts int he past).Adding insult to injury: they have never granted us access to the building since the forced automatic renewal: we are paying for a service that has not been rendered in any capacity (a practice some would deem as fraud). In order to ensure uninterrupted continuation of business - we promptly found another office with another provider - and are now paying double rent (our new office, and, at Regus).Additionally, removal of credit card is also not an option on their site - ensuring clients will effectively be robbed every month without recourse in cases like these.We have initiated the aid of an attorney on the matter. I wish we had read these reviews before engaging with Regus. It amazes me, a company with such an extensive record of predatory, abusive behavior towards clients, is still permitted to operate here.Before you even consider engaging Regus, read the over 14,000 reviews on Trust Pilot - with an average of 2.6 out of 5. Our experience is not unique - countless clients both here in Switzerland and world-wide have had similar experiences, demonstrating a pattern of predatory behavior by this entity.Note to Regus staff; please do not insult us or readers further with a canned/generic response to this review; most of our attempts to communicate with Regus on this matter were ignored and/or entirely dismissed. A polite, generic response to this review will not be indicative of how this company engages clients in practice.

Worst experience ever! The front desk ladies are competent but the whole accounting system is bad, the flexibility of the organisation is bad and customer friendliness and experience is the worst you can find in the market.
