the destroyed completly a new shirt i bought.I have been a customer for more than 4 years. I never complained even so there was a couple of times where with polo t-shirts they did a bad job and my polos got smaller but in the end i was thinking, ok. well, still fits, it is ok.but this time, i bring a shirt i bought during summer sales.I am not pissed off because of the value of hte shirt, actually it cost me just around 30 chf in massimo dutti but they totally ruined the shirt and when i complained the execuses they used they really drive nuts.I bought the shirt and i used only once, and precisly the day I was putting for the first time at lunch i got a couple of small stain so i left it for cleaning after just one use.I bring this shirt among others, but this particular one as it has patches in the elbows, they told me they have to iron manually, the other shirts they go to the normal service.The special manual ironing one it cost 10 chf for a shirt ... ok. ... yes. go ahead.I picked up the shirts 10 days later, and I didnt check. I never had an issue with the shirts till now.I used some of the other shirts I brought that day, no problem.The day i picked up the one with the patched elbows, I see it is full of pink stains in the back part and also some places in the front. The pink stain it is not something coming from anything I have. I can not imagine something from me which leaves such pink stains.I used this shirt only once at work and it would be obivous if it would be that dirty and with such stains the day I was bringing that in they would highlighted but obviously this was not how i was bringing my shirt.I go back to the store with the shirt, and i explain them and they tell me. OK, reklamation.They send it back and one week later i come back to pick up the shirt after the reklamation.They write this shirt was brought to some other shop before where probably they did the stains as the way it was ironined it was nto the way we do it.The girl in the desk tells me she can not do anything and i just can write a complain via email.HOnestly, i couldnt care less for the money it cost me the shirt.But tellign me I am lying just on my face just like that and take it and f** it. Really, it goes way beyond something i can accept.So, honestly, I was lucky. It is not a special cloth, it was just once, and it was even cheap but if you care about your clothes be aware if there is any issue in this place they first will you call you liar and then they will tell you f* off and send them an email.I would need to thank then just for one thing, i have been a lazy ass and i hated so badly to wash and iron my shirts but from now on i will start to do that ...

Schrecklich, nie wieder! Meine Daunenjacke kam kompett zerstört und zerissen zurück. Die Daunen waren überall, nur nicht dort wo sie sein sollten. Leider kann die Jacken nur noch entsorgt werden. Zudem sehr teuer und inkompetent bei der Annahme der Kleider.

Service, Freundlichkeit top. Auch meine spez. Wünsche werden jedesmal berücksichtigt.

Hier habe ich Flecke aus einem T-Shirt befreit bekommen. Das Shirt war von Hugo Boss, daher hat es sich gelohnt, der Service war den preiswert, aber nicht ganz billig

Solider Service ohne irgendwelche Beanstandungen, leider seit Corona nur noch SEHR eingeschränkt geöffnet und auch deutlich langsamer als zuvor. Hoffe doch sehr, dass die Öffnungszeiten wieder wie früher werden!

When everything works, the service is great. When things go wrong, they go really wrong. The shop lost one of my shirts and it took them weeks to find it. No feedback, no initiative from their side, and definitely no discount - very disappointing, especially since I have been a customer for a very long time.
