Knowing that without precise description of what should be done, they'd rather do everything to make your bill equal to the cost of bike/scooter itself. I said 1000 times to do nothing but only oil changing. After few hours i had a call saying that the scooter was ready, so I came just to discover that they mixed up and called me by accident. The scooter wasn't even touched. The final result - 260CHF for oil changing... Even for f...ing Switzerland, that's a lot.
