This is the Best Shop in Switzerland. J. Arrigo is excellent with his Customers. Goods arrive Gift Wrapped, Total Perfection, Very neat wrapping.This business ships my orders to the UK. All the parcels are very well wrapped, I have never had a lost parcel. Choice of goods online is the Best in Switzerland, Big Big Choice of excellent quality knives, watches, pocket watches, music boxes etc etc. It's always a pleasure to buy merchandise from the Heidi Shop in Lausanne.

Attention au pièges!1. Faux soldes! Les prix sont artificiellement relevés pour solder mais finalement c'est le même prix qu'à l'origine.2. les prix sont hors taxes. Compter 80 € en plus pour l'envoi.L'information n'est volontairement pas fournie.3. En cas de retour 40% du prix est encaissé et non pas 25% comme indiqué (pour frais de remise en vente).C'est donc une arnaque....

J'ai commandé plusieurs couteaux sur internet pour des cadeaux. Je suis ravie de ma commande, j'ai même pu bénéficier d'une gravure gratuite pour les personnaliser. Site internet pratique et services très professionnels. Je recommande!

Quelques belles lames quand on cherche bien! Un magasin qui vend des lames Kanetsune" ne peut etre foncierement mauvais.. mais il vaut mieux savoir ce que l'on cherche.. Très grand choix.. Du bas de gamme et surtout du très haut de gamme.. It took more than 3,5 weeks to receive a watch I ordered from Heidi shop in Lausanne. Original order was placed on the 1st of January. Shipping , as per the website, was to resume on the 4th of January. Delivery times, as per website, 1-5 business days within Suisse. The watch arrived on the 15 of January. And it was a wrong model. I emailed the shop manager Mr J . Arrigo about the error and he emailed me back asking me to come to the shop to exchange it for the correct model. Ok, I drove to Lausanne next day , parked , came to the shop to only find out that my model was not available. Ok, I bit my lip and went back home without the watch. Mr Arrigo promised that the correct model would be shipped in 1-2 days. There was no communication at all. I waited until the 25th of January when I finally emailed Mr J Arrigo to say that it has been over 3 weeks and I still have no watch. I received a bitter-sweet apology for the delay containing the following phrase :Voilà…si êtes déçu de ma façon de gérer mon entreprise dans cet ouragan que nous traversons et bien je vous cède volontiers ma place".Wow

Une coutellerie, qui est pour moi la meilleure de Lausanne. Je vous raconte mon expérience étant un bon suisse qui as toujours un petit canif dans sa poche que ce soit pour ouvrir une lettre un carton ou un bon saucisson. Bah cela arrive que mon joli canif je le paume. Et donc j’y retourne pour trouver un joli objet. Et ils ont en. Avec service d’aiguisage tout y est. Vous y trouverez des pièces exceptionnelles. Mais attention à votre porte monnaie on ne négocie pas les prix. À voir absolument.

GREAT for the knife interested person. They have a wide range of different chef knifes and also katanas and other cool blades. The lady in the shop is nicer than the older gentleman and actually lets you inspect the blades before buying them.

Very disappointed, placed my order and it said delivery within 4 weeks after 4 weeks I have not received what I have ordered and emailed to find out what was going on. I was then told it looks like my order is lost and they will conduct an investigation that will take another six weeks! Avoid disappointment do not order from this store!
