I immediately drove 16 km back to return it. I explained the situation in the store, and the seller wrote a statement for me and asked me to indicate in it that an allergy had begun, I wanted to write that the color did not suit me, but they convinced me to write exactly the allergy. A few days passed, and they called me and asked me to come again (16+16 km) to complete a form! I decided that I would contact the Clarins company directly, yesterday I received a call from Clarins that I can call in and return the product. Today I arrived and some woman talked to me who did not even introduce herself, she was insulting and did not give me the opportunity to say anything. It was all in front of people and the most offensive for me.I offered to find a compromise, but from a client, I was turned into a hater of this store. I recommend avoiding this place.They fooled me, promising to return the money for the goods, at first I wrote an application for this, but it took more than an hour, then they asked me to come to fill out the form, I remind you that now 2023 you can do it online, a form of 7 sheets! Then they asked me to come, but upon arrival, they simply insulted and humiliated me. I spent a lot of time and nerves on all this.Shame!
