My luggage was broken and bought Rimowa- the dream luggage I wanted to get for a while. Super friendly staff, and was offered with a cup of coffee. I had the most wonderful experience, learnt about the city and Switzerland. Thank you for your great service. BTW, they have many good selection of Rimowa actually. I got mine in white and just loving it!!

I am from Singapore and I visited the store on 2 Feb 2022.I am impressed and delighted by the great service provided by Mariloo and Paolo.Mariloo is proactive and attentive in anticipating customer's needs. She offered me water when she noticed my empty water bottle.Paolo is warm and engaging. He went the extra mile to find out the information I required. Talking to him is just like talking to a friend.

Wir waren letzten Samstag zum ersten und heute zum zweiten Mal in diesem Geschäft. Äusserst herzliches und zuvorkommendes Personal hat uns empfangen und bestens bedient! Es hat eine ganz besonders schöne und stimmige Atmosphäre geherrscht, die Mitarbeiter strahlen förmlich. Bravo, weiter so, findet man selten in der heutigen Zeit! Bis zum nächsten Mal!
