Very nice room.and.helpful.friendly staff that went out of their way to accommodate us. It was hot so a small fan would be a nice addition.

Very warm and welcoming reception person.Reception was very easy to find.Great access to rooms (3rd floor) with an easy elevator.The automatic window system is a little weird.Room 15 has a lovely view.I highly recommend this place.Their partner restaurant had a great breakfast (a little costly, but Gruyere has limited options as it is).

Das Hotel befindet sich relativ zentral im Dörfchen Gruyère.Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir bekamen sogar ein gratis Room-upgrade!Das Zimmer war sehr schön (besonders die Badewanne war toll) und gross. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Gässchen durch Gruyère.Wenn man in diesem Hotel übernachtet, kriegt man 10% Rabatt im Restaurant und im Shop, welche neben dem Hotel stehen.

We booked a room that clearly had 3 beds in the picture and in the description, yet when we went to finalize the booking it was listed as 2 adults." Since we were three and the bed and room description listed a queen bed (for my wife and me) and a single bed for our son

Great hotel and a great location. My only word of warning for people visiting has to do with all of Gruyere, not just with this hotel. Bring bug spray, and wear it to bed. Our room had some flies, and I'd swear I was bit by a horse fly when trying to sleep. Also woke up with mosquito bites.

Very friendly staff for the rental as well as in the restaurant. We had a very nice and big family room in the center of the historic old town. 100% thumbs up and well recommended!

Beautiful and large room with a lovely bathtub! We made a mistake with our booking but the host was kind enough to overlook it. Beautiful views of the central road of the village, with a gorgeous view of the sunset over the valley just a minute away.

Mir gefällt das Zusammenspiel von Alt und neu hier in diesem mehreren hundert Jahren alten Gebäude. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Bad ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Empfang ist herzlich und mehrsprachig. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet für CHF 16.- ist reichhaltig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Kein Wunder ist es schon unser dritter Aufenthalt hier.

Very welcoming, the hotel upgraded our room free of charge upon arrival. Everything is very clean and well-kept, views are incredible. Could not have asked for a better experience.
